Riwaaz Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Within India

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and pin code.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sale periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges (India)

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • Shipping charges will apply based on order value and location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

If a prepaid order is lost during transit, Riwaaz will investigate the issue and process an appropriate resolution.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • All COD orders may require confirmation through call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • If we are unable to verify your order after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled.

  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivery.

  • If you are unavailable at the delivery address, multiple delivery attempts will be made.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after the attempts, the package will be returned to Riwaaz.

4. International Shipping

Riwaaz offers worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners to provide safe and reliable international delivery.

Our international shipping partners may include reputed courier services for efficient delivery.

  • International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

  • International orders are accepted through available online payment methods.

5. International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to:

  • Local taxes

  • Other destination-specific fees

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

Riwaaz is not responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance or government regulations.
