Riwaaz Return & Exchange Policy

At Riwaaz, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description page for specific details.

  • Products purchased during End of Season Sale (EOSS), clearance sale, or special promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale products (excluding EOSS sale items) may be eligible for exchange as per product availability.

  • Riwaaz does not provide direct monetary refunds. Eligible returns will be processed through exchange or store credit/credit note.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

  • All returned products will undergo a quality check by our team.

  • If the product does not meet our quality standards, the return/exchange request may be rejected.

In case of rejection, the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. No refund, exchange, or credit will be issued.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size/product. If the requested item is unavailable, a Riwaaz credit note will be issued.

3. Return Processing Time

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • Quality inspection will be completed within 48 hours.

  • After approval, the exchange or credit note process will be initiated.

4. Third-Party Purchases & International Orders

  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, retail stores, or offline outlets must be returned/exchanged through the respective place of purchase.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact Riwaaz Customer Support within 72 hours of delivery.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video showing:

  • Shipping label clearly visible

  • Outer packaging condition

  • Product opening process

This video will be required as proof for claim verification.

6. Riwaaz Credit Note Policy

Approved returns will be issued as a Riwaaz credit note.

Credit notes:

  • Can be used on the Riwaaz website.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to another customer/account.

  • Must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of issue.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once a COD order has been confirmed through call/WhatsApp, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Prepaid order cancellations (if eligible) will be processed through a Riwaaz credit note.


Riwaaz Product Care & Quality Policy

At Riwaaz, we carefully select materials and craftsmanship to deliver quality products.

However, damage caused due to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper usage

  • Accidental damage

  • Exposure to moisture, water, heat, or harsh conditions

  • Incorrect storage

will not be covered under our replacement or repair policy.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, customers may contact Riwaaz within 30 days from delivery for assessment.

After inspection, our team will decide the eligibility for repair/replacement.

Repair Policy

  • Repairs are considered only after product inspection.

  • Repair approval depends on the nature of the issue.

  • Shipping charges for repair services may apply.

Products purchased at heavy discounts or during special sales may not be eligible for warranty, replacement, or repair services.
